By downloading, installing, or using MCT (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MCT is a messaging and calling application that enables free cross-border voice and video calls between Myanmar and China, as well as instant messaging, social feed, and other communication features.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You agree not to spam, harass, or abuse other users
• You agree not to upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Free Cross-Border Calling

The App provides free voice and video calls between Myanmar and China. Call quality depends on your internet connection and network conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free calling.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by MCT.Fan. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Agora, OneSignal, Facebook, Google, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

MCT.Fan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
